Production and delivery are separate
Check the piece details for its current production or dispatch estimate. Transit starts after dispatch and depends on your destination and carrier. If an estimate is missing, or you need a piece by a particular date, contact the studio before ordering.
For custom commissions, agree the design, production timeline and delivery estimate with the studio before making begins.

After dispatch
Use your order link to follow shipment updates. Carrier delivery estimates can change. Contact the studio if tracking is delayed or you need help.
Damaged or missing parcels
Keep the packaging and email hello@tablesbyvauss.net with your order number, tracking number and photos when available. All sales are final. Read our damage and final-sale policy.
